- Take Your “Before” Photos. If not, do so ASAP and remember that you need to take photos with a newspaper to confirm the date and that you do not need to submit photos until the end of the Challenge which you will send along with your after photos. For photo tips, click here.
- Select Your Participation Level and Paid. If not, please click here and make your selection and pay with credit card, PayPal or check. Note that all money goes into a “pool” to be paid out to the category winners.
- Download the Official Nutrition and Training Guide. Read carefully, as there are a series of simple lifestyle changes you will need to make in order for the program to be effective download here.
- Connect with us on Facebook. Join our social community now on Facebook by clicking here and post on our Facebook wall with updates on how your training is going, any challenges you are facing, etc.
- Take Your Before Measurements. This is one of the most important things that you should do so that you can accurately measure and track your progress click here for tips.
- Clean Out Your Refrigerator and Your Cupboards. Get rid of everything that will prevent you from being successful; then…
- Go Shopping. Since this program hinges partially on your eating habits, you’ll need to stock up with all the right foods so that you are eating well from day one!
