I can’t believe that we have been into the Fitness Challenge for just over 2 months! I hope that everyone is doing well and I know that like everyone; along the way you undoubtedly have faced many hurdles from the minor, i.e. Have a slice of this Pizza or Don’t work out, lets order a pizza and watch a movie or even more major such as facing injuries, illnesses, family emergencies, etc.
Just remember; that everyone faces setbacks and you have to remember that is just a fact of life. The key, is how YOU choose to respond to that adversity and those challenges. And to quote the late and great Randy Pauch,
”Brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want something badly enough. They are there to keep out the other people” – Randy Pausch, The Last Lecture
So the question is…are you going to let those brick walls stop you? I didn’t think so… There’s less than 2 months left in the challenge, so finish strong!
