Transformation Underway…
Here is my 60 day update…I am doing pretty good! Been really focusing on the Fat Burning portion and have really seen my waist start to shrink which is great! Below is my starting pictures, 30 days in, and then 60 days.
Below are the actual numbers for my Personal Transformation to date. I have been working hard to maintain my intensity and weight training, but also have focused on eating “Clean”, which means little to no of the following:
- Dairy: Cheese, Milk, Yogurt
- Red Meat: Steak, Burgers, Pork
- Baked Goods: Bread, Tortillas
- Alcohol: Beer, White Wine, Mixed Cocktails
So what have I been eating? Good question…see below:
- Protein: Fish, Chicken (skinless, no fried)
- Complex Carbs: Sweet Potatos, Brown Rice
- Veggies: Broccoli, Spinach Salads, other leafy veggies.
