Kurt’s 30 Day Progress Report

Ok, we are 30 Days into this thing! So far, I have been doing pretty good — I have lost some fat, gained lean muscle, and I am getting stronger. Here is a review of my stats:

All of these look good to me so far, but I still have ways to go before I meet my goals. A big goal of mine is to lose fat so that you can see my abs again. It really is a long process to getting that 6 Pack look. You first have to build the muscles but then you have to get your body fat % down so that you can actually see them! So far, I can feel the muscles coming back…but I can also feel all the fat that is hiding them. To burn the fat, I am eating CLEAN as I can ever recall (no milk, cheese, beer, fatty / fun foods, etc.). Also, right now I am doing cardio 5 days a week, and I am doing the Stair Machine at the level 7 for 30 minutes…it’s a workout!

Slowly but surely the definition is starting to come in...a long ways to go still though!

The gut is starting to go away! Still a lot of work to do though!

Well, that is my 30 day progress report…I’d give myself an B+ if I were to grade myself. The training has been on point but the diet has slipped a few times. I am going to make a hard push for the next 60 days with concentration of burning the fat! I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
