My Supplement Regiment:

 

Vitamins That I Take 

  • Vitamin D3 5000 Iu – key nutrient that us Seattleites don’t get enough of during the fall and winter from lack of sun

Training Supplements That I Take

Creatine Monohydrate –  I take TwinLab Creatine Fuel Stack Performance Enhancer, Strength, Capsules, 180-Count Bottle

  • Why? My favorite supplement which delivers great results it enhances the bodys capacity to perform high intensity work.
  • When & How Much? I take 5mg in the morning – and take 5mg preworkout.

L-Glutamine – I take the  NOW Foods L-Glutamine 500mg, 120 Capsules,

  • Why? Glutamine is an amino acid and studies have shown that glutamine supplementation can do the following
    • Increase Protein synthesis (which leads to increased muscle mass)
    • Increase nitrogen retention
    • Decrease muscle breakdown
    • Decrease recovery time needed after a workout
    • Enhance immune functions
  • When & How Much? I take 5mg post workout and 5 mg before I go to bed.

 SuperPump Max  – I take Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump Max, Fruit Punch, 1.41-Pounds

  • Why? To boost my workouts – give me incredible energy boost to get the most out of my training.
  • When & How Much?  I take 1 scoop 30 minutes before I train.
