Have You Done the Below?

  • Take Your “Before” Photos. If not, do so ASAP and remember that you need to take photos with a newspaper to confirm the date and that you do not need to submit photos until the end of the Challenge which you will send along with your after photos. For photo tips, click here.

Note: Do Not Send Your Photos in Until You Finish the Challenge; once you’ve finished you will need to submit both the “before” and “after” photos in at the end of the Challenge in April.

  • Select Your Participation Level and Paid. If not, please click here and make your selection and pay with credit card, PayPal or check. Note that all money goes into a “pool” to be paid out to the category winners.
  • Download the Official Nutrition and Training Guide. Read carefully, as there are a series of simple lifestyle changes you will need to make in order for the program to be effective Click here to Download Guide
  • Connect with us on Facebook. Join our social community now on Facebook by clicking here and post on our Facebook wall with updates on how your training is going, any challenges you are facing, etc.
  • Clean Out Your Refrigerator and Your Cupboards. Get rid of everything that will prevent you from being successful; then…
  • Go Shopping. Since this program hinges partially on your eating habits, you’ll need to stock up with all the right foods so that you are eating well from day one!
  • Begin Your 12-week Journey to a Healthier and Leaner Body!  Good luck we know that you can do it and achieve amazing results!
