Okay – Here is my plan for the today — Only 2 Days Until Emerald Cup!
Cardio
- Morning Cardio – 45 Minutes on empty stomach on Stair Machine, Fat Burner Level 8
- Evening Cardio – 15 Minutes, after workout.
Training
- Full Body (upper body) – 12-15 Reps, 2 exercises for each body part
Water
- 32 ounces of total water consumption
Food
- Fat – 50 grams (no change)
- Carbs – 200 grams (increase of 50 since yesterday – yeah!)
- Protein – 300 grams (decrease of 100 grams since yesterday)
This is the game plan, so far today (12:18pm) I am feeling a lot better and more energetic than I did yesterday…It must be the Carbs! The challenge is to maintain a decent energy at my day job throughout the course of the day and at 32 ounces of water it has been a struggle. Especially yesterday towards the end of the day so I need to do a better job of rationing my water its especially hard given the fact that I need to get 60 minutes of Cardio in on top of a workout, but…only 2 days left!
