Is your nutrition really that important?

YES! The most single important aspect of your transformation is the food that you consume (yes, even more so than the actual workout). When you combine a healthy nutrition plan with a solid exercise plan that is when you can expect MAJOR changes. Just like anything else, you have options — okay, A LOT of options whether its Paleo, Atkins, South Beach, or just clean eating (that’s what I personally subscribe to).
